Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Transmit provides an end-to-end platform for innovative advertising experiences within premium OTT streaming content. The company is seeking a Junior Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist to execute, manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and report on programmatic campaigns across streaming and CTV/OTT environments.

Responsibilities

• Support on execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns for agency clients and demand partners
• Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to programmatic best practices throughout the full programmatic campaign life-cycle
• Assist with campaign setup and trafficking, including deal IDs, targeting, pacing, and creative validation
• Monitor campaign delivery and flag issues related to underdelivery, pacing, or targeting mismatches
• Handle monthly billing actualizations for each partner
• Validate ad requests, responses, and tracking to ensure campaigns are running as expected
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are properly configured and assist with pre-sale processes
• Analyze data and provide post campaign reports, screenshots, and demos for each active campaign
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established workflows for campaign execution

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or a related field (internships included)
• Basic understanding of programmatic advertising concepts such as deal IDs, targeting, and pacing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and troubleshooting campaign performance issues
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, or digital media platforms is a plus
