Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infojini Inc is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role manages schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting to support program execution and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules, milestones, and dependencies
• Track project budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization
• Identify and report schedule variances, risks, issues, and critical dependencies
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and program performance updates
• Support PMO governance, project planning, and program execution activities
• Coordinate with vendors, finance teams, workstream leads, and program stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project data and provide timely insights to support decision-making

Skills

• SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in Project Controls, Project Control Analysis, or Program Controls
• Experience with schedule management, financial tracking, budget monitoring, and milestone tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Experience in risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and PMO governance
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly desirable
