The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver technology transformation projects while managing schedules, stakeholders, risks, issues, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for assigned technology projects
• Manage day-to-day project activities including task tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating to the Program Manager as needed
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through
• Provide regular project status updates to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders
• Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to the Program Manager with recommended solutions
• Maintain a risk register and ensure mitigation plans are in place and tracked
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned
• Ensure project artifacts are organized, up-to-date, and accessible within established program management tools
• Adhere to project management standards, tools, and methodologies as defined by the Program Manager
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices
• Participate in post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to future initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementation or IT services environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Experience working within program and portfolio management frameworks
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery of milestones
• PMP certification desired or actively working toward certification
