Robert Half is recruiting for a senior care organization seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee a compliance platform transition. The role coordinates stakeholders, tracks project progress and deliverables, and supports implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the transition from an existing compliance platform to a new system, ensuring all tasks and timelines are met
• Coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and progress
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables with a high level of attention to detail
• Provide regular updates on project status, addressing potential risks and roadblocks proactively
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure clarity and collaboration
• Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira to monitor and report on progress
• Offer hands-on support during the implementation process, helping resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and accessible for stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, specifically with software or platform transitions
• Strong proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and IT project management practices
• Demonstrated ability to track tasks, timelines, and dependencies with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira
• Experience with software implementations and managing cross-functional teams
