Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The hiring company is a confidential client. The contract Recruiter will lead full-cycle talent acquisition, develop staffing strategies, and build talent pipelines to attract and select high-performing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead all external and internal talent acquisition for the assigned client group, which includes delivering optimal stakeholder management, talent sourcing and recruiting, interviewing solutions, candidate experience, job offers, and feedback mechanisms
• Develop staffing strategies based on labor market and competitive analysis, benchmarking, and survey data
• Collaborate across segments to advance talent acquisition programs that benefit the region as a whole, such as candidate onboarding, technology enhancements to improve recruiter and reporting efficiencies, employer branding initiatives, Workday optimization, and sourcing & selection activities
• Continuously build an external talent pipeline; proactively source high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities. Create and nurture relationships with external agencies/sources of talent, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent, and stay on the leading edge of external recruitment best practices

Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment function, including candidate sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for professional-level candidates, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor to effectively create comprehensive recruiting strategies within social media, talent branding, ATS solutions, and recruiter capability
• Must reside in the United States and can work remotely or within one of our US locations
