Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad is recruiting for a Clinical Sourcer to identify and engage clinical talent for specialized pharmacy roles nationwide. The role develops candidate pipelines and sourcing strategies, and partners with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline qualified clinical talent nationwide, specializing in hard-to-fill pharmacy roles such as Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top-tier clinical pharmacy talent
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM databases, social media, and professional networks
• Build and maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates for current and prospective healthcare openings
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with organizational hiring demands
• Engage passive candidates and deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience

Skills

• 3–5 years of specialized experience as a Clinical Sourcer in healthcare or staffing
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing specialized pharmacy roles (e.g., Pharmacists, Pharmacy Managers)
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, job boards, and alternative sourcing channels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong networking capabilities
