Show My Property is hiring a Regional Sales professional to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships within a defined territory. The role focuses on winning multifamily, student housing, and senior living clients, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and supporting existing clients through onboarding and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective multifamily, student housing, and senior living clients, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored marketing solutions and service packages
• Managing the sales pipeline, delivering virtual product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business
• Partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining regular communication with existing clients, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Track performance metrics, provide territory reporting, and stay informed about industry trends to inform outreach and strategy

Skills

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective virtual presentation abilities
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a client-focused approach to building long-term relationships
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals within B2B or agency environments
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, such as managing a sales pipeline, forecasting, and guiding clients and internal stakeholders through the sales process
• Experience in multifamily, real estate, or property management industries is ESSENTIAL
• Comfort working in a remote environment with strong self-management, organization, and time-management capabilities
• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic digital marketing concepts is preferred
