SGB-SMIT USA, a division of SGB-SMIT Group, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow sales across an assigned territory or business line. The role focuses on business planning, customer relationships, product education, competitor monitoring, and achieving sales targets for transformer products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to ensure efficient and effective coverage of assigned territory or business line
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of company products
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies and tactics
• Achieve sales targets for assigned products
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
• Attend trade shows and conferences

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to equipment development
• Proficiency in analyzing and designing products, machines, systems, and structures
• Familiarity with regulations and standards related to equipment safety and compliance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address technical issues
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Ideal Candidate would live in either Oklahoma, Texas or Kansas
