PAL Lighting is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop sales professionals while driving new business across a defined region. The role is responsible for regional sales strategy and performance, customer relationships, strategic opportunities, and representing the company at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and develop new business within the region, maintaining a personal pipeline of target accounts
• Build and strengthen relationships with pool builders, landscape designers, architects, and other industry professionals
• Support complex or strategic sales opportunities alongside direct reports
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and prospects
• Partner with independent rep agencies to drive consistent execution, territory coverage, and account penetration
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Manage regional sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and reporting through CRM tools
• Identify market trends, competitive activity, and regional opportunities to inform strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support regional initiatives and programs
• Represent PAL Lighting at industry events, trade shows, and regional meetings
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and product positioning across the region

Skills

• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Preferably in the lighting, pool, or backyard industry
