[Remote] Regional Sales Manager (Northeast Region)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Palmer Hamilton, LLC is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share within an assigned territory. The role manages dealer and representative networks, develops customer relationships, leads sales activity, and supports project execution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including lead generation, specification development, and project completion
- Maintain accurate pipeline data, customer records, and forecasting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE)
- Recruit, onboard, and develop Dealers, Manufacturer’s Representatives, and Agents
- Build relationships with architects, designers, school administrators, and end-users
- Support specification development and influence product inclusion in project plans
- Represent Palmer Hamilton at trade shows including EdSpaces, SNA, AIA, and ALA
- Provide customer support related to installations, warranty issues, and project completion
- Monitor competitor activity and provide product and market feedback to leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and manage territory activity and expenses
Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience using CRM systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in contract furniture and education markets
- Experience working with architects and specification-driven sales
- Experience working with dealer networks or manufacturer representatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Equivalent experience
- Preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE)
