Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Uniti Group Inc. is hiring a Regulatory Analyst to support its regulatory compliance department. The role files recurring state and federal regulatory reports and assists with data requests, compliance activities, regulatory audits, and maintenance of regulatory records and databases.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately file state and federal regulatory reports for Uniti and related legal entities
• Assist with various ad hoc projects that arise during the year
• Assist in maintaining regulatory report files and tracking databases
• Proactively and professionally communicate with a variety of internal departments, vendors and regulatory agencies
• Managing regulatory audits

Skills

• 0-1 year of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or financial reporting role
• Accounting and Financial Analysis Skills
• Detail Oriented
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Research Skills
• Ability to Work Independently
• Effective Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel
• Associate or bachelor's Degree with concentration in telecommunications or accounting preferred
• Accounts Payable Experience Desired
• Open to varying tenure and experience with regulatory compliance
