The role performs full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, manages payables and receivables, prepares financial reports, reconciles accounts, and provides financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounting for multiple clients
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Provide financial analysis and reporting

Skills

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and other accounting software
• Experience with multi-client accounting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish speaking preferred
