The role manages inbound and outbound sales, from discovery and quoting through binding policies, while supporting sales goals and a smooth client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions
• Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI‑supported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities
• Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience
• Support volume‑based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience
• P&C Insurance licensing required
• Build strong, professional relationships with internal and external partners through clear, confident, and collaborative communication
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Motivated to learn, develop new skills, and identify ways to work more effectively
