The role involves contributing to active searches while building a book of business and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute immediately while continuing to build their careers and books of business
• Developing their own book of business
• Candidate development, business development, negotiation strategy, client management, or recruiting best practices

Skills

• A minimum of three years of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry
• Their current or most recent role focused 100% on placing legal professionals at law firms
• Candidates should come from a recruiting/staffing firm that specializes in the legal industry
• Relevant experience includes placing Legal Assistants, Paralegals, and other law firm support professionals, as well as Business Services professionals in Accounting, Marketing & Business Development, Human Resources, & Office Administration or Contract Attorneys
• Candidate-driven relationship builders
• Curious, competitive, and committed to continuous improvement
• Interested in growing a client book of business over time
• Comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations
• Team-oriented professionals who enjoy collaborating with others
