Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance at Dimacari. This position leads operations strategy, designs and optimizes processes, and ensures that service delivery meets quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational teams, monitoring key performance indicators, overseeing budgets and P&L, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role collaborates closely with leadership on strategic planning, coordinates cross-functional projects, and ensures that supplier relationships and customer service processes support sustainable growth. The Vice President Operations also establishes operational policies, mitigates risks, and fosters a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience with a track record of optimizing processes, scaling services, and leading operational teams. Proficiency in P&L Management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and aligning operational decisions with business performance goals. Background in Customer Service leadership, ensuring service standards, quality control, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning, including setting operational roadmaps, defining KPIs, and aligning operations with overall business strategy. Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring cross-functional initiatives, including timelines, resources, and risk management. Experience in mobility, travel, logistics, or related industries is beneficial, with knowledge of supplier management and service delivery models. Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage. Proven ability to work remotely, manage distributed teams, and use digital tools for collaboration and performance monitoring.
