Globe SS & Partners is hiring a Remote Sales & Benefits Representative to work with clients, understand their needs, explain insurance and benefit options, and conduct virtual appointments. The role includes training and coaching, client follow-up, and opportunities to develop professionally in sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual and telephone appointments
• Meet with prospective and existing clients
• Learn about available insurance and benefit products
• Understand client needs and explain appropriate options
• Follow up with clients and prospective clients
• Maintain organized appointment and client information
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching
• Develop communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
• Work toward individual performance goals
