The role leads compensation projects, conducts job and market analysis, collaborates with HR teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and improves compensation programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation-related projects and recommend updates to pay policies based on market and economic trends
• Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS teams
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment and wage-and-hour regulations
• Support compensation program administration and process improvements

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in compensation administration or a related HR role
• Demonstrated proficiency in job analysis, job evaluation, and market pricing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
