Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is recruiting for an unnamed company that provides a web-based CRM for financial advisors and wealth managers. The Senior or Staff Software Engineer will build and evolve the product across Rails, React, and AI, while helping shape architecture and deliver integrations and user experience-led features.

Responsibilities

• Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
• Implement core functional using Rails
• Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools
• Build and deploy integrations to expand functionality
• Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
• Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScript
• Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
