Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CPS, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Administrator to manage Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. The role oversees plan administration, compliance testing, filings, and client guidance from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Administer Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans from A-Z
• Perform annual compliance testing, valuations, and contribution calculations
• Prepare and review Form 5500 and PBGC filings
• Complete nondiscrimination testing and ensure ongoing ERISA and IRS compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and retirement plan guidance
• Maintain accurate plan records and stay current on industry regulations

Skills

• 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience with both DB and DC plans
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Experience preparing Form 5500s, compliance testing, and annual plan administration
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and client relationship skills
• FTW or Datair/Calcair preferred experience preferred
