Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fuego is seeking a Sales Manager to drive wholesale growth into streetwear and lifestyle retail. The role owns the sales pipeline from pitching and onboarding retail and distributor partners through reorders, while coordinating with internal teams and representing the brand at industry events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a wholesale sales strategy targeting streetwear and lifestyle retailers, boutiques, and select distributors to expand Fuego's footprint nationally and internationally
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail and distributor partners that align with Fuego's brand and market positioning
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align seasonal assortments and launch plans with partner needs and streetwear/lifestyle retail calendars
• Represent Fuego at trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings — domestically and abroad

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in wholesale sales, buying, or distribution management within streetwear, sneakers, footwear, apparel, or lifestyle consumer goods
• Proven track record of growing retail and distributor partnerships nationally or internationally
• Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
• Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Existing relationships with or working knowledge of the streetwear/lifestyle retail landscape (independent boutiques, sneaker shops, regional chains) a strong plus
• Passion for streetwear, sneaker culture, dance, or fashion is a plus
