Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CRG is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support global service operations, supply chain coordination, and customer success initiatives. The role coordinates across internal teams, field service personnel, and external partners, while managing spare parts planning, analyzing operational data, and improving business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain, customer success, technical support, and field service teams to coordinate operational needs and ensure timely customer support
• Manage spare parts demand planning, inventory forecasting, and supply chain coordination based on usage trends and service requirements
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop reports using Excel, Power BI, and other business systems
• Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline service operations
• Coordinate new product introductions, inventory requirements, and operational transitions to support service readiness
• Serve as a primary point of contact between internal departments, field teams, and external service partners regarding product updates, availability, and timelines
• Participate in forecasting discussions, operational reviews, and escalation meetings to resolve issues and support business objectives
• Support global initiatives and communicate operational insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in service operations, sales operations, supply chain, or a related business operations function
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and data manipulation
• Experience navigating and interpreting Power BI dashboards and reports
• Understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain processes, or service operations
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage multiple priorities, and independently drive projects to completion
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams, external partners, and senior-level stakeholders
• 5+ years preferred
• Oracle and Salesforce experience are a plus
