The Grandsard Agency is expanding its life insurance and financial services team and provides training, mentorship, systems, and support for sales professionals. The Sales Specialist connects with prospective clients, conducts virtual consultations, educates clients on insurance and retirement solutions, guides applications, and builds client relationships through leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients who have expressed interest in coverage
• Conduct virtual consultations by phone and Zoom
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs, goals, and budget
• Educate clients on appropriate life insurance and retirement solutions
• Guide qualified clients through the application process
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client communication and follow carrier and state compliance requirements
• Participate in weekly virtual training and team meetings
• Develop proficiency with our products, technology, sales process, and lead system
• Build a client base using available lead programs, referrals, and/or self-generated opportunities
• Continuously improve your communication, sales, and client-service skills
