Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vaco by Highspring is recruiting for a temporary Sales Support Coordinator role supporting a sales and coaching team during a high-volume period. The coordinator will set appointments through outbound calls, maintain records, handle scheduling and other administrative tasks, and support coaches and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Set sales appointments for the coaching sales team through high-volume outbound calling (approximately 85 calls per day)
• Work primarily from database leads, including re-engagement and follow-up outreach, along with some inbound web leads
• Contact individuals who have attended events or purchased other offerings to introduce available coaching services
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and daily sales support activities
• Assist with onboarding new coaches and provide coach support via Slack
• Respond professionally to inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication
• Support additional administrative or sales support tasks as needed

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role
• Comfortable with high outbound call volume and structured appointment-setting work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple steps across systems
• Ability to follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Motivated self-starter who can manage assigned workload and take on additional responsibilities when available
