Nutrition 101, LLC is hiring a part-time Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support across sales, finance, and accounting. The role reviews charges, invoices, contracts, reports, and account documentation, and helps resolve billing discrepancies while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support sales personnel with volume tracking, billing setup, monitoring, and related administrative needs
• Review sales orders, contracts, customer charges, invoices, and payables for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare customer and vendor reports and support invoicing requirements
• Review customer and vendor statements and research billing discrepancies
• Communicate with customers, vendors, sales teams, and operations personnel to resolve issues promptly
• Maintain accurate account documentation and records
• Assist with month-end close activities and reporting requirements
• Verify account status and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinate with multiple departments to improve workflow efficiency and support business objectives

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in billing, invoicing, accounting support, sales support, administrative support, data entry, or related business functions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience supporting sales operations, finance, billing, accounting, logistics, food manufacturing, recycling commodities, or similar industries
• Experience with contract review and month-end close processes
• Familiarity with accounting or billing systems
