[Remote] Salesforce Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BayOne Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to administer Salesforce CRM and CPQ applications and manage Salesforce environments. The role supports configuration, deployments across multiple environments, CI/CD practices, troubleshooting, and release validation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce CRM and CPQ applications
- Manage Salesforce configuration, users, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports
- Support Salesforce CPQ processes including products, pricing, quotes, approvals, and related business workflows
- Manage and coordinate deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments
- Deploy Salesforce configuration and metadata between environments using appropriate deployment tools and processes
- Work with development and release teams to support CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Troubleshoot deployment issues, configuration problems, integration issues, and environment inconsistencies
- Perform release validation, testing, and post-deployment verification
- Maintain deployment documentation, change records, and release procedures
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps teams
- Follow Salesforce best practices for change management, version control, deployment, and environment governance
Skills
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Strong understanding of Salesforce environments and metadata deployment
- Experience deploying Salesforce changes across multiple environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Salesforce release management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access management
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
