Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elios AI is hiring Salesforce Consultants to configure, build, and roll out Salesforce solutions for clients. The role includes client requirements gathering, platform configuration and implementation, integration support, testing, training, and go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and write user stories that hold up through build and testing
• Configure Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, Chat, Voice, case management, and Knowledge article setup
• Build and tune Field Service for existing Salesforce customers: scheduling policies, work types, service territories, mobile flows
• Stand up Agentforce agents, topics, and actions, and test them against real customer scenarios
• Map data and support integrations across Data 360, MuleSoft, or Informatica alongside integration specialists
• Run UAT, train end users, and support go-live and hypercare
• Coordinate day to day with offshore developers so stories ship on time and match what the client asked for

Skills

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce delivery, ideally at a consulting partner
• Strong configuration skills: Flow, page layouts, security model, and declarative automation
• Project experience in at least one of Field Service, Service Cloud, Agentforce, or Data 360
• Exposure to MuleSoft or Informatica integrations is a plus
• Clear writer and confident in front of client users
• Salesforce Administrator plus at least one Consultant certification (Service Cloud, Field Service, or Agentforce Specialist) preferred
