Skills

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM
• Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
• Developing business process improvement strategies for client engagements
• Excelling in customer relationship management and customer engagement
• Implementing technology solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
• Navigating ambiguity while delivering quality client solutions
