CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of its BlackLine platform. The role focuses primarily on Journal Entries and collaborates with Accounting, Finance, IT, service teams, and partners to maintain a stable, scalable, and well-governed platform.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the BlackLine platform
• Serve as a key resource supporting BlackLine across multiple modules, with a primary focus on Journal Entries and the future expansion of financial automation capabilities
• Partner closely with Accounting, Finance, IT, Accenture administrative resources, offshore service teams, implementation partners, and transformation teams to maintain a stable, scalable, and well-governed platform

Skills

• 3 years of relevant experience supporting BlackLine or a comparable financial close, journal entry, workflow, or automation platform
• Hands-on experience with financial systems administration, configuration, testing, implementation, or production support
• Understanding of accounting processes, journal entries, financial controls, and close management activities
• Ability to coordinate priorities and deliverables across internal stakeholders, implementation partners, third-party providers, and offshore resources
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a large, complex enterprise environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• BlackLine administration experience and relevant BlackLine certification
• Experience supporting BlackLine Journal Entries and one or more additional BlackLine modules
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, or another major ERP platform
• Knowledge of financial system integrations, middleware, data interfaces, and enterprise security concepts
• Familiarity with banking, treasury, cash accounting, or financial operations processes
• Experience supporting finance transformation, shared services, or center-of-excellence environments
• Experience with Agile delivery, project implementation, testing, and change management practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to business audiences
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop scalable solutions
