Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A confidential employer is seeking a Senior Analyst – Legal to manage contract-related work and strengthen customer partnerships. The role focuses on contract negotiations, project coordination, risk analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the contract solutions area, under general supervision
• Applies in-depth knowledge of the contract solutions field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility
• Coordinates assigned contract projects of a less complex nature by creating timelines, building contingency plans, executing corrective actions, communicating issues resolution, and identifying and utilizing key milestones, stakeholders, and resources needed to ensure timely and successful contract negotiations
• Analyzes complex contract risks and issues and communications risks and issues to stakeholders internally and externally
• Implements process improvement solutions that strengthen accountability and promote effective risk management
• Identifies opportunities to develop, utilize, and contribute to all contract team tools, such as alternative clause library, key supplier overviews, and templates to effectively manage job responsibilities and disseminate information regarding contractual rights, responsibilities, and obligations to sourcing and business areas
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities

Skills

• 3+ years of long term care pharmacy experience
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an American Bar Assoc. approved Institution required
• Knowledge of Intellectual Property Law and Civil Procedure
• Knowledge of Corporate and Contract Law also helpful
• Knowledge of legal terminology and concepts
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills
• Strong independent reasoning ability
• Able to express and exchange ideas by the spoken and written word
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of related experience
• Knowledge of Corporate and Contract Law also helpful
