The role supports an ongoing contact-center-related project, with a primary focus on AWS engineering and development and a secondary focus on Genesys.

Skills

• Strong hands-on AWS development and engineering experience, including building, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting cloud-based applications
• Experience with AWS services relevant to application and integration workloads. For sourcing, please prioritize candidates showing AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, or similar AWS services
• Strong understanding of serverless and event-driven architectures, REST APIs, application integrations, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
• Development experience using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or comparable programming languages within AWS environments
• Hands-on experience with Genesys, preferably Genesys Cloud CX, particularly around platform integrations, APIs, contact-center applications, or associated services
• Experience integrating AWS-hosted services/applications with Genesys or contact-center platforms
• AWS certification such as AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud credentials
• Prior experience with Genesys Cloud CX APIs, SDKs, integrations, Architect, routing, or event-driven integrations
• Experience with Amazon Connect or other AWS contact-center technologies would be beneficial for candidates working across AWS and Genesys ecosystems
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, infrastructure-as-code, Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
