About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead service delivery, manage client engagements, and ensure projects meet customer expectations and business objectives. This role oversees service teams, improves delivery processes, and builds strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead professional services strategy and service delivery operations. Oversee client projects, implementation plans, and delivery schedules. Manage service teams, resource allocation, and departmental budgets. Maintain client relationships and address escalated concerns. Coordinate with sales, product, and operations teams. Monitor project quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Improve service processes and delivery standards. Report performance and growth opportunities to executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 10+ years of professional services or client delivery experience. Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements. Strong project management, financial, and communication skills. Ability to manage priorities and improve operational performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or relevant professional certification. Experience managing service delivery in a technology or consulting environment.
