The Senior Business Development Administrator will support key affiliate partnerships and network growth initiatives, coordinating projects and ensuring successful program launches.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate affiliate and network expansion projects from planning through implementation
• Manage timelines, action items, and project updates
• Facilitate meetings and support communication among internal and external partners
• Prepare reports and presentations for organizational leadership
• Track operational performance and key business metrics
• Help identify risks, solve problems, and remove barriers to success
• Serve as a liaison between Roswell Park teams and affiliate partners

Skills

• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity
• Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards
• Healthcare, operations, or partnership management experience is a plus
