Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Cost & Acquisition Analyst to support cost estimation for a multi-billion-dollar program involving space systems and capabilities. The role focuses on developing cost models and lifecycle estimates, translating complex financial data into decision-ready products, mentoring junior analysts, and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine parametric cost models and decision tools using Excel/VBA, Python/R, and advanced statistical techniques such as multivariate regression, Monte Carlo risk analysis, and cost improvement curves
• Develop and maintain lifecycle cost estimates for space systems and capabilities
• Mentor junior analysts, design and implement new estimating templates and quality controls
• Develop and deliver cost and price evaluation training to the workforce

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is required for this role
• This role requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one
• 5+ years of relevant experience in cost/price analysis
• Proven ability to support the development of cost estimates for large programs
• Experience with statistical and parametric cost modeling techniques
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Proficiency in Excel/VBA, Python, or R for cost analysis and modeling
• Experience with Galorath SEER
• Ability to develop robust estimating frameworks
• Strong analytical and strategic financial planning skills
