Select Search Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Demand Generation to lead client relationships and develop marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue. The role oversees integrated campaigns, advises senior stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional teams, and uses analytics to optimize performance and demonstrate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor
• Develop demand generation strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Lead client meetings, presentations, performance reviews, and strategic planning
• Oversee integrated campaigns across inbound marketing, ABM, paid media, email, content, and public relations
• Partner with internal specialists to ensure effective execution and strong campaign performance
• Use HubSpot and analytics tools to measure results, optimize campaigns, and improve pipeline generation
• Connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes and ROI

Skills

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation
• Strong knowledge of demand generation, inbound marketing, and/or account-based marketing
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable marketing results
• Hands-on HubSpot experience and familiarity with CRM and marketing analytics tools
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Executive presence, sound business judgment, and the ability to confidently advise clients
• Agency experience strongly preferred
• Experience in B2B technology, logistics, or supply chain marketing is a plus
