The role provides technical leadership and mentorship while partnering with stakeholders on AI strategy, governance, and responsible implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions
• Architect scalable and secure AI platforms and services

• Ensure AI solutions are secure, compliant, and responsibly deployed
• Implement governance and monitoring controls

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions
• Extensive experience working with Large Language Models and foundation models
• Advanced proficiency in Python and modern AI development frameworks
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into complex business systems
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and scalable architectures
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver business-focused AI solutions
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent AI platforms
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures
• Experience with MLOps and AI lifecycle management
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks
• Master's Degree in AI, Computer Science, or related discipline
