Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dataworks is recruiting for an unnamed, founder-led B2C SaaS company. The Senior Growth Product Manager will own product growth end-to-end, partnering with founders and engineers to identify, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives and experiments across the funnel.

Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on owning growth end-to-end across the product
• You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to identify, prioritise, and execute on the biggest growth levers
• Pricing and packaging optimisation
• Improving onboarding and activation
• Reducing churn and reactivating users
• Driving product-led growth initiatives
• Building and running experiments across the funnel
• You’ll be deep in the product, working closely with engineering to ship changes that move the needle on core metrics

Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in growth PM roles
• Strong background in B2C SaaS
• Background working in an early-stage startup
• Proven experience working on the product side of growth
• Comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
• Data-driven, but with strong product intuition
• Able to move quickly and operate with high ownership
• Experience in fintech, trading, or consumer analytics tools
• Background in subscription-based products
