Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centric Consulting is seeking a Senior HCM & Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant to support two client engagements. The role leads and contributes to HCM and WFM workstreams, assesses workforce processes, and supports change adoption and practical implementation deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to HCM and WFM workstreams across two client engagements
• Support initiatives spanning Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, Staffing & Scheduling, and Leave Management
• Assess workforce processes and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations
• Help harmonize staffing, scheduling, and workforce policies and practices
• Partner with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and frontline or clinical stakeholders
• Work alongside change management leadership to support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements discussions, and client working sessions
• Develop practical process documentation, training resources, and implementation deliverables
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing across HCM and WFM workstreams
• Proactively manage priorities, risks, and dependencies across both client engagements

Skills

• You bring senior-level experience in HCM, WFM, workforce transformation, staffing and scheduling, HR transformation, change management, or related consulting work
• You can quickly understand a new client environment, build trust, and contribute with minimal ramp-up time
• You have experience leading workstreams and working directly with client stakeholders
• You understand workforce processes, compliance considerations, and staffing and scheduling complexities
• You have experience with one or more HCM/WFM platforms such as Workday, UKG/Kronos, symplr/API Healthcare, QGenda, EZCall, Smart Square, or comparable solutions
• You're an adaptable problem solver who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• You communicate effectively across business, technical, leadership, and frontline audiences
• You can independently manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams
• You hold a bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare administration, information systems, organizational development, nursing, or a related field, or have equivalent transferable professional experience
• Hands-on experience with symplr, including symplr/API Healthcare, or related workforce management and staffing/scheduling solutions
• Staffing and scheduling experience in healthcare, workforce operations, charge nursing, or nursing leadership
• Smart Square experience
• Prosci or another recognized change management certification
• Current or previous RN license
