Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Envisionit is hiring a Senior Media Planner to own media planning for a tourism account. The role translates approved strategies into multi-channel campaigns, manages budgets and day-to-day planning, and coordinates with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build and own multi-channel media plans that turn strategy into campaigns ready to launch
• Adjust plans as performance data, optimizations, scope changes and client feedback come in
• Manage working media budgets from first allocation through every revision, including media authorizations
• Work with creative, strategy, analytics, & client services so that plans, specs and timelines stay aligned
• Own specs, the creative calendar and materials tracking so nothing reaches a vendor late or wrong
• Reconcile invoices, flowcharts and the budget tracker to the approved plan each month
• Negotiate annual vendor contracts (OOH, broadcast, airport) and secure performance metrics for custom placements

Skills

• 4+ years in media planning, with most of that time building digital plans
• Hands-on experience with flowcharts, budgets and flighting across multiple channels
• Tourism, travel or other multi-market account experience
• Working knowledge of traditional media and some vendor negotiation experience
• The kind of attention to detail that makes you the person others ask to double-check the numbers
• Comfort running your own workstream and working across teams
