The role designs and maintains features, improves existing platforms, helps deliver new capabilities, and collaborates with cross-functional partners on reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features and services that support core business workflows
• Contribute to the evolution of existing systems while helping prototype and deliver new capabilities
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to maintain quality, reliability, and clarity
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Identify performance and scalability improvements and enhance existing code accordingly
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to teammates through collaboration and feedback
• Communicate technical ideas clearly and effectively within the team

Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience
• Experience building or contributing to large-scale or distributed systems
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science fundamentals
• A demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability for delivered work
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of solving complex technical problems
