Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akraya is recruiting for a Senior Systems Administrator role for an unnamed client. The role maintains and improves corporate IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft collaboration tools, cloud services, Power Platform governance, AI platform security, eDiscovery, and email security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance email, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint services
• Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform, including its applications and data
• Support AI platforms, agents, and their related security and governance
• Utilize eDiscovery tools for legal, compliance, and investigative needs
• Implement and manage email security solutions

Skills

• Experience with advanced administration of Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD and related technologies
• Experience administering and governing the Microsoft Power Platform, including environment strategy, Dataverse, connectors, data loss prevention policies, tenant settings, capacity, security roles, managed environments, and application lifecycle management
• This role requires experience in managing and optimizing cloud-based collaboration and productivity platforms within a corporate IT environment
