[Remote] Strategic Accounts Executive

Remote · Hong Kong Full-time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eckoh is hiring a Strategic Accounts Executive to expand its presence across the US healthcare market. The role focuses on developing new enterprise relationships with healthcare payers and providers and closing complex sales of secure payments, Conversational AI, and customer engagement security solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Winning new enterprise customers is at the heart of this role. You will develop opportunities across US Healthcare Payers and Providers through focused prospecting, established industry relationships and a strong understanding of the challenges they face. You will own the sales process from the first conversation through to close, working with colleagues across Eckoh to develop the right solution for each customer
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise clients across US Healthcare Payer and Provider markets. Personally generate and develop new-logo opportunities, consistently delivering against annual new business revenue targets
  • Develop and execute account strategies combining targeted named-account plans with proactive territory prospecting. Own pipeline generation and account penetration, leveraging Marketing and Business Development support to accelerate opportunity creation
  • Apply a strong understanding of healthcare operations and customer journeys to identify opportunities across patient access, appointment scheduling, registration, referrals, revenue cycle management, patient payments, eligibility, claims, prior authorization, and member services
  • Engage senior healthcare stakeholders to understand business priorities, operational challenges, and technology requirements, positioning Eckoh’s Secure Payments, Conversational AI, and Customer Engagement Security solutions to improve operational efficiency, protect sensitive information, and enhance patient and member experiences
  • Navigate complex healthcare technology environments, including patient engagement platforms, healthcare CRM, contact center infrastructure, and enterprise systems. Partner with internal technical teams to address integration requirements and shape solutions that fit within customers’ existing environments
  • Leverage established relationships with healthcare technology providers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and industry partners to strengthen account strategies, influence opportunities, and support the successful positioning of Eckoh’s solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across IT, Contact Center Operations, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, Member Experience, and Payer Operations, establishing Eckoh as a trusted partner
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution, coordinating internal technical, commercial, and executive resources to advance opportunities and overcome obstacles
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account information within Salesforce, applying structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC to manage opportunity progression, identify deal risks, and deliver reliable forecasts
  • Represent Eckoh at relevant healthcare industry events, maintain awareness of market developments, and contribute customer and competitive intelligence to support ongoing healthcare vertical growth

Skills

  • An experienced, commercially driven Strategic Account Executive
  • A proven enterprise sales professional with deep healthcare industry knowledge, established relationships, and a consistent track record of opening new accounts and securing complex, high-value client engagements
  • Someone who understands the operational and financial challenges facing healthcare organizations, from patient access and revenue cycle management to member services and payer operations
  • An established enterprise salesperson with a strong record of winning new business in the US healthcare market
  • You will know how Payers and Providers operate, understand their key patient and member journeys, and have the relationships and experience to navigate complex buying decisions and technology environments
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, including direct sales into US Healthcare Payer and/or Provider organizations
  • A consistent track record of personally sourcing, developing, and closing new enterprise logos, including complex six-figure-plus software or SaaS transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to create pipeline independently rather than relying primarily on inbound opportunities
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, operational priorities, and patient/member journeys, particularly across patient access, revenue cycle management, and payer operations
  • An existing network of healthcare executives, decision-makers, and technology ecosystem partners, with the ability to leverage those relationships to develop new business opportunities
  • Experience selling complex solutions involving healthcare technology integrations, with a strong working knowledge of healthcare CRM, patient engagement platforms, contact center technologies, and the broader healthcare ISV ecosystem
  • Enterprise sales experience in Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), Conversational AI, secure payments, or related enterprise technology solutions within healthcare
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, apply structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC, and maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders and establish credibility within large healthcare organizations
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable taking full responsibility for territory development, account strategy, pipeline creation, and new business results
  • A driven, commercially minded individual who combines the tenacity of a new-business hunter with a genuine understanding of the healthcare market
  • You'll be confident developing new relationships, comfortable engaging senior executives, and skilled at navigating long, complex sales cycles
  • You'll bring the discipline to manage a strategic territory, the curiosity to understand evolving healthcare challenges, and the resilience needed to consistently create and close new business
  • You'll be collaborative, accountable, and comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and technical teams to deliver the best outcome for our clients
  • Experience selling secure payment, patient financial engagement, revenue cycle, or other solutions supporting financial transactions within healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks
  • Experience working with healthcare technology partners and ISVs to influence or accelerate complex enterprise sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI DSS, data protection, and the regulatory requirements affecting healthcare customer interactions
  • Experience selling cloud-based, AI-enabled, or customer engagement solutions within large healthcare enterprises
