The role involves authoring IEP and intervention scenarios, writing reasoned reference answers, grading model outputs, and identifying advice that may be compliant but unsuitable for a student.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic special education scenarios from evaluation through IEP implementation
• Write reference answers with the legal and instructional reasoning behind each decision
• Grade model output for compliance and appropriateness for the student
• Flag advice that reads compliant but fails the student

Skills

• Special education certification or license, or an equivalent credential
• 2+ years of teaching in special education settings
• Depth in IEP development, accommodations, and differentiated instruction
• Clear written English for documenting instructional and legal reasoning
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week
• Depth in a disability category such as autism, learning disabilities, or emotional and behavioral needs
• Behavior intervention or crisis prevention training
• Collaborative teaching or inclusion classroom experience
