The Senior Account Manager II will manage strategic accounts, drive revenue growth, lead complex negotiations, build executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional execution of customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow high-value national and multinational strategic accounts
• Develop long-term customer strategies, account roadmaps, and multi‑year business plans
• Lead complex negotiations including multi-year contracts, pricing strategy, and strategic agreements
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships across R&D, procurement, marketing, and leadership teams
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of customer projects
• Identify and champion major new business initiatives with significant revenue impact
• Provide strategic insights, financial forecasting, and risk analysis to commercial leadership
• Represent Synergy at key industry conferences, customer summits, and strategic meetings
• Serve as a mentor and resource to the Account Manager and ADS teams

Skills

• Minimum 7+ years of flavor, ingredient, or complex B2B CPG sales experience
• Proven success managing multimillion‑dollar portfolios and delivering sustained growth
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior customer stakeholders
• Mastery of negotiation, strategic selling, and long-term account planning
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and global environments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities
