Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. XChange Software Inc seeks a Senior Data Analyst to support healthcare analytics, with a focus on revenue cycle data. The role leads stakeholder requirements and metric development, analyzes data, builds BI solutions, and manages projects while advising and educating business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and business stakeholders through requirements gathering, metric development, data retrieval, and validation for large projects
• Apply advanced analytical/statistical methods to evaluate data and recommend improvements in processes, outcomes, financial performance, and resource utilization
• Build dashboards, reports, and BI solutions to measure processes and outcomes
• Learn new information systems and understand data flow through the lifecycle
• Advise on data models, testing frameworks, and documentation practices
• Present clear, actionable data stories tailored to diverse audiences
• Manage assigned projects end‑to‑end, including planning, deadlines, and issue resolution
• Identify and implement new data‑driven strategies and processes
• Communicate progress, findings, and interpretations while educating business partners
• Train and mentor team members
• Serve as a trusted data advisor within the organization

Skills

• Bachelors required
• 5+ years in analytics or business intelligence
• Experience with at least one analytical/programming language (R, Python, SAS, etc)
• Strong SQL skills
• Knowledge of relational database structures
• Project management experience
• Experience working as a data analyst within a healthcare setting
• Experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications/systems
• Master's preferred
• 8+ years in analytics/business intelligence
• Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with data integration tools (DBT, Informatica, MS Integration Services)
