Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support a federal client’s data-driven decision-making. The role analyzes complex datasets, develops dashboards and visualizations, and produces analytical reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and recommendations for stakeholders
• Conduct data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation of large datasets
• Query databases using SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Apply predictive analytics or machine‑learning techniques when appropriate
• Participate in agile delivery processes, including user story documentation and testing

Skills

• US Citizen (Public Trust eligibility)
• Proficiency in Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel for data visualization
• Strong SQL skills for database querying
• Experience with data cleaning, manipulation, and transformation
• Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights clearly
• Experience producing dashboards and data‑driven reports
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices
• Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
• Experience with statistical analysis tools (R, SPSS)
• Exposure to predictive analytics or machine‑learning frameworks
• Experience with correlation analysis and advanced data‑quality techniques
