Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SiTime is hiring a Senior General Ledger Accounting Manager to lead its General Ledger accounting function and ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and company policies. The role oversees close processes, reconciliations, technical accounting, SOX compliance, audit support, team management, and accounting process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of all GL functionalities
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare, review, and approve journal entries, accruals, amortizations, allocations, and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX controls, and company accounting policies
• Own balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items
• Prepare account fluctuation analyses and provide insights into significant balance changes
• Support external audits and financial reporting requirements
• Manage AP, AR, and FA team and build a high-performing team capable of supporting a rapidly growing business
• Drive remediation of control deficiencies and process gaps
• Develop scalable accounting processes via Automation and AI usage to support company growth
• Effective cross-functional partnership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience with public company exposure
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, account reconciliations, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
• Proven leadership and process improvement experience
• Ability to quickly grasp new business and transactional processes and work rapidly and accurately under pressure
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with the highest quality of work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• CPA preferred
