ActiveSoft, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and expansion of financial stewardship products for churches. The role focuses on identifying financial services opportunities, defining product strategy, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and launching new financial products and integrations within an existing SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• This role will focus on identifying financial services opportunities, defining product strategy, evaluating build-versus-buy decisions, and launching new financial products and integrations within an existing SaaS platform

Skills

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven organizations
• Demonstrated experience developing and launching financial products, financial services, integrations, or significant financial capabilities
• Proven 0-to-1 product management experience, from discovery and concept development through launch and iteration
• Experience managing the complete product development lifecycle
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities
• Experience making build-versus-buy decisions and delivering results in ambiguous environments
• Experience with accounting, payroll, spend management, or financial management software
• Experience integrating third-party financial products or services into SaaS platforms
• Experience with strategic partnerships and financial technology ecosystems
• B2B SaaS experience involving CRM, accounting, payroll, or other financial tools
