The role focuses on quality assurance and software testing for healthcare payer systems, including TriZetto Facets and related data, batch, and integration processes.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in healthcare payer QA and software testing
• Hands-on experience testing TriZetto Facets applications
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid managed care, Medicare, and state-specific regulatory requirements
• Experience testing member enrollment, eligibility, benefits, claims adjudication, pricing, and payments
• Testing experience with Mainframe, Java applications, and batch processing
• Experience validating DataStage, Talend/TalendWorks, and ETL processes
• Strong SQL skills for database testing, data validation, and reconciliation
• Experience with functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, negative, and boundary testing
• Knowledge of API/interface testing and upstream/downstream application integrations
• Experience analyzing defects, performing root-cause investigations, and validating regulatory implementations
• Ability to map regulatory requirements to business requirements, test scenarios, and results
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
