Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to deliver sales results across a portfolio of health, life, and ancillary insurance products. The role focuses on growing sales in the Southern Illinois and St. Louis territory through broker and agency partnerships, education, consultation, and territory-specific growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• This position is accountable for delivering sales results across a defined portfolio of health, life and ancillary insurance products within the Southern Illinois and St. Louis territory, with a strong focus on driving production through broker and agency partners
• Responsibilities include building, managing, and expanding key broker relationships; supporting broker sales efforts through education and consultation; identifying territory specific growth opportunities; and consistently achieving assigned sales goals

Skills

• Must have State Insurance License
• 6 years experience selling health insurance products with a successful record
• Thorough knowledge of and experience with group managed health care plans
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to make presentations to groups and/or brokers
• Detailed oriented; Customer Service oriented
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Bachelor Degree
• Familiarity with the PC i.e., Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and OneDrive), Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc
