HII Mission Technologies is hiring a Project Management Analyst to support its STINGRAI program in a government contracting environment. The role tracks project and budget status, analyzes financial and operational progress, coordinates stakeholders, and supports contract-required products and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Review and track project and budget status for STINGRAI, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer‑satisfaction goals
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and support intervention and problem‑solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and customers
• Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing STINGRAI projects, serving as a liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and leadership
• Assist in developing contract‑required products, including technical direction plans, rough‑order‑of‑magnitude pricing, and management of the risk register

Skills

• Level 2: 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
• Level 3: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
• Level 4: 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects or programs within the Department of Defense (DoD)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross‑functional team
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Solid understanding of DoD project management standards, risk management practices, and compliance requirements
• Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
• Clearance: Possess and maintains an active Secret clearance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential
• Familiarity with DoD‑specific project management methodologies and tools, including MS Project
